Nothing on the Teak & Shine website is a binding quote. Any price given from photographs, by phone or by text is provisional until the pieces are seen in person, because hidden damage, previous repairs and deterioration a photograph cannot show all change the number. Work not discussed before the visit is billed separately, so customers should disclose damage and past repairs up front. Booking happens after the owner approves an estimate rather than through a self-serve calendar. Restoration is teak only; wrapping covers other outdoor furniture and structures. Power washing, landscaping and boats are not offered.
